Before uploading, confirm that your files are complete, correctly sized, and approved for production. Include your quote number, order number, company name, or other project reference when the form requests it.

Prepare Your Submission
A complete and clearly identified submission helps prevent production delays.
Identify the Project
- Use the customer, company, quote, or order associated with the project.
- Include a clear project name or reference.
- Use descriptive filenames.
Review the Files
- Confirm dimensions, quantities, and finished size.
- Check spelling, contact information, links, dates, and pricing.
- Verify images, fonts, bleeds, crop marks, and die lines.
Upload Only Final Artwork
- Submit only the approved production files.
- Remove obsolete drafts.
- Contact us before uploading unusual formats or very large projects.

Artwork setup
Artwork Requirements
To ensure the highest print quality, please follow these artwork guidelines.
File Setup
- Submit artwork at full size whenever possible.
- Raster images should be at least 150 DPI at final print size.
- Create files in RGB color mode.
- Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, and high-resolution JPG.
- Use the appropriate RGB color profile.
Fonts, Bleed & Effects
- Convert fonts to outlines or include fonts.
- Include bleed where required.
- Flatten transparency and overprint effects when possible.
- Verify crop marks, die lines, and finishing layers.
- Identify contour cuts, white ink, or specialty layers.
Customer-Supplied File Quality
The Sign Company is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, distorted, or color-shifted customer artwork. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to achieve the best possible print quality from the files provided.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of submitted artwork. Files are printed as approved by the customer.

Production, Rights & Remedies
Unless requested as a design service, artwork is printed exactly as submitted.
Customers certify they have the legal rights to reproduce submitted content.
Custom printed products are final sale. If a production error occurs, our sole remedy is to reprint the affected order.
